2nd Contact – Head of Year
Contact your child's Head of Year for:
- Repeated behaviour issues across several lessons
- Detentions, warnings, or escalating sanctions
- Concerns about how your child is behaving socially or emotionally

Careers Lead for:
Careers education, Post-16 pathways, employer and education links, 1:1 careers guidance and future planning
4th Contact – Senior Leadership
SLT for:
- An issue is serious or ongoing and hasn’t been resolved by Heads of Year or form tutors
- A whole-school policy needs clarification
- You have concerns about safeguarding procedures, behaviour systems, or wider provision
- You want to escalate a complaint
Head of School for:
This is usually the final escalation point.

- Serious issues that have not been resolved at lower levels
- Appeals or formal complaints
- Concerns about school leadership, culture, or policy implementation
- High-level praise, feedback, or concerns
